CODE 9 in Christchurch specialises in monitoring alarms for commercial and residential customers. Since it was established in 2002, this niche company has thrived, winning market share from larger
security companies because of its unique offer and superior service.
From a marketing perspective, it was a challenge to explain exactly what Code 9 did, especially since the service was new and intangible. So when the company needed a new website, external support from a professional marketer and
copywriter Robin Major Marketing was engaged to write content that would increase sales, word of mouth promotion and be easy to find on Google and other search engines.
"We needed to revamp our website and made 20 starts and got nowhere. It was too big a project. We didn't have the internal resources, confidence, time and experience. It needed someone who had the right skills--a wordsmith
